 SERVICES

• All services require full payment when booking your appointment.
• All Services have a Service time frame. If your service exceeds the original time frame, there may be an additional fee. 

Arriving late Fees

• All clients have a 10 minute grace period. If you arrive after 10 Minutes, you will be charged a $25 Late Fee that will be required before your service. After 20 Minutes, your

             appointment will be canceled without a refund.

Cancellation/Reschedule

• All clients have 48 Hours to Cancel Hair Appointments to receive a Full Refund 3-10 Business Days. If vou cancel within 24 hours, vou will receive a 50% Refunds within 3-10 Business Days.
• Clients are allowed ONE reschedule a month. 
• Please note when rescheduling any appointments, there is no guarantee of receiving an appointment the same week or month.

COVID-19 Guidelines

If you tested positive or are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

Fever, Fatigue, Dry Cough, Sore Throat, Muscle Pain, Headaches, chills, difficulty breathing, loss of taste or smell. Please reschedule for a later date when you are at least 5 days completely symptom free. 

• Vaccinated or not! Mask must be worn in the shop at all times. If you do not have a mask one will be provided to you.
